Field Reservations
The City of Fort Worth reserves athletic fields for games and practices. For more information on reserving one our athletic fields, please call 817-871-7696. All field rentals must be paid at the time rentals. This rental can be made in person or over the phone with a credit card. These fees are as follows:
Unlighted, unlined practice fields $7.50
Lighted, unlined practice fields $12.50
Unlighted, inline hockey half rink $10.00
Unlighted, inline hockey full rink $20.00
Unlighted, baseball/softball game fields $10.00 field prep fee (initial hour only)
(+) $7.50 per additional hour
Lighted, baseball/softball game fields $15.00 field prep fee (initial hour only)
(+) $12.50 per additional hour
Natural turf, unlighted soccer game fields $15.00 an hour
Natural turf, lighted soccer game fields $25.00 an hour
Synthetic turf, unlighted multipurpose fields $20.00 an hour *
Synthetic turf, lighted multipurpose fields $30.00 an hour *
A key may be required to use the lights for evening practices. To obtain a key, the person making the reservation must come to Haws Athletic Center. A $50.00 check deposit is required for one light key and the key must be returned on the next business day or the check will be deposited to the Sports Advisory Council account. This policy will be stated at the bottom of the customers CLASS generated field permit.
The customer is required to carry the field permit at all time in case there are any discrepancies about who has the right to be on the field. This permit is obtained when the reservation is made or it can be faxed if the reservation is made over the phone.

Facility Reservation
The City of Fort Worth Athletic Section reserves Haws Athletic Center and Bertha Collins Sports Complex for meetings, practices, and other special events during business hours. For more information on reserving either of these facilities please call 817-871-7690. The following fees apply:
Haws Athletic Center
Gym, Half Court $60.00 an hour
Gym, Full Court $100.00 an hour
Meeting Room $40.00 an hour (max. 50 person occupancy)
Kitchen $30.00 an hour
Racquetball Courts $3.00 an hour per person (w/ City membership)
$5.00 an hour per person (w/ Day Pass)
Bertha Collins Sports Complex
Gym, Half Court $25.00 an hour
Gym, Full Court $50.00 an hour
Activity Room $25.00 an hour (max. 50 person occupancy)
Craft Room $25.00 an hour (max. 50 person occupancy)
Stage $15.00 an hour
